DAN PINKSTON
In 1999, after 10 years as a professional firefighter/EMT, Dan had seen countless scenes in which families often asked, “Who will clean this up?” Having no answer to that question, he noticed a need to be filled. Thus began a business helping families clean up after scenes of suicide, homicide and decomposition. What began as a one-man operation with fellow firefighters became a successful business, as Accident Cleaners is credited with being one of the first companies specializing in Crime Scene cleanup in Florida. Dan is a Certified Biohazard Recovery Master Technician, a licensed mold remediator, and is certified in water damage restoration and mold remediation.
As the business grew, Dan realized how thankful families were to have a company to turn to. Now with more than 20 years as a firefighter and hazmat technician, he is still active in the business and can often be found on scenes as a lead technician. As the founder of the company, Dan is often a sounding board for new ideas and always keeps us grounded with his humility as well as his thankful and giving nature. The compassion he shows families comes from many years of assisting families in traumatic situations.

CRYSTAL PINKSTON
CEO/CBRS
Crystal became a part of Accident Cleaners in 2005, beginning as a technician, she quickly rose to Certified Biohazard Recovery Supervisor among the technicians. It’s not often you see a woman in the crime and trauma restoration field. In most cases, these often gruesome and horrible scenes are left to the guys, but she has rolled up her sleeves and taken on some of the toughest scenes and performed every job in the company since the beginning of her venture into the field. Crystal has an entrepreneurial background and an education in business management. She is trained in crime scene clean up and as a real estate investor, and is also a licensed contractor.
Currently, Crystal oversees all business operations and marketing, and because she is a licensed contractor, families can rest assured the property will be fully remediated and repaired correctly. While Crystal agrees there are scenes that can be tough to deal with, especially those with children, she understands the need for emotional support and debriefing for the staff, as she is a NOVA trained crisis responder. Her dedication to this industry, education, and her victim-sensitive approach are what we admire about Crystal.

TRISH GODWIN
Trish has been with the company since 2011 and is dedicated to assisting families after a tragic event has happened. Her main job is coordinating and overseeing the claims department, but she is also a Certified Biohazard Recovery Technician and oversees the Emergency Dispatch and the company training programs.
Her organizational skills have proven to be a valuable asset to the company in assisting families with questions, working with insurance adjusters and helping to keep the technicians trained, organized and prepared with paperwork. Many clients have complimented her kind voice on the other end of the line, and she treats families with respect and understanding. She is known to go above and beyond for families in need. She also has a little-known talent for running a hoarding job with ultimate efficiency.
Although she is a great asset to the company, her most important job is being a single mother to three kids and she can often be found out on some adventure with them.

SIMEONE JONES
Simeon is a well-respected retired Navy Chief who brings to our company a wealth of knowledge and leadership. These skills have proven beneficial to everyone he works with, both in the office as well as out in the field. He possesses 15 years of experience in commercial and residential construction, in addition to 10 years of experience in the field of biological and chemical hazards. His knowledge in both of these fields allows him to safely and efficiently serve our clients as one of our primary Biohazard Technicians. Clients find his personality, combined with skill, to be reassuring when he arrives at their property. Like most typical guys, Simeon enjoys working with heavy equipment and jumps at every opportunity to expand his already vast knowledge and experience with them.

TOMMY LEMAY
For Tommy Lemay, there never was, nor will there ever be an “I” in the word “team.” He is a passionate, hard-working individual who enjoys working with others to accomplish a common goal.
Tommy’s first priority has always been his family. After 29 years of marriage, he is proud to be surrounded by his loving wife, children and grandchildren. Like most Floridians, Tommy enjoys fishing and has been a commercial fisherman most of his life.
Working in such fast-paced environments has taught Tommy to be an initiative-oriented individual. You never have to tell him to do something. He doesn’t like waiting around and will always find some way to help. When Tommy is assisting a family, he is usually the first one to take action and doesn’t like to stop until the job is completely with integrity.

PETER GAINES
At the heart of this company lies individuals like Peter. With 7 years of experience as a fireman, Peter knows, first-hand, what families go through during trauma situations. As a well-respected fire-fighter, Peter is adapted at handling any task in front of him with commitment and compassion. He is known for being dedicated to his work and is motivated by helping others.
Peter is a proud father to a two-year-old little girl and enjoys woodworking on his time off. Like most first-responders, Peter loves to stay active. He is known to many people as the “guy who can fix anything.” He enjoys working with his hands and creating unique pieces from his carpentry skills.

EDDIE REESER
Eddie Ressie, Retired Chief of Police, knows what it means to serve with valor. After 33 years with the Wildwood Police Depart, Reeser decided to join our team as the Law Enforcement Relations Director. When it was time for Reeser to retire from the police force, he still wanted to help families in need, so he joined our team to continue to do what he enjoys most—serving others.
“I’ve been on both sides of that yellow tape—as a family member and as a cop,” says Reeser. “When families and first responders are unaware of what we do, then families are left with a large burden that they shouldn’t have to deal with. I want to make sure that families are protected and know that we’re compassionately about what they’re faced with.”
Although Reeser is devoted to his position, his main focus will always be on raising his family. “I have 3 dogs, 2 horses and a beautiful daughter. My wife deserves all the credit though. Along with raising our daughter, she’s still having to raise me as well.”

DANDI SAPP
Dandi Sapp focuses on creating company awareness through online visibility and advertising strategies. When a family faces a crime or trauma scene, it’s important that they know that there’s help. Sapp manages electronic communications such as social media platforms and the company website to inform the public about who we are.
A lot of the work that Sapp does is behind the scenes. She no expert as biohazard cleanup, but she still cares about deeply about making a difference. When Sapp isn’t busy writing blogs or press releases, she can be found playing with her 2 kids at Disney World or volunteering at some community event.

CRYSTAL VERA
Crystal Vera is the “right hand, go-to” individual who is known for being accurate and organized at all tasks. Whenever someone in the office needs assistants getting something completed, Crystal is always there without hesitation. At the end of the day, Crystal is priceless in helping our team perform effectively. “When we work as a team we all benefit,” says Crystal.
Vera has been with the company for 2 years now and her smile, personality and enthusiasm has helped shape this company into something we can all be proud of. Crystal has 3 wonderful children and regularly helps coach her daughter’s softball team. As an “adrenaline junkie,” she loves staying active, working out and playing Bunco whenever possible. If the occasion permits, you’ll also most likely find her wearing some kind of “festive” attire; and of course, Halloween is her favorite holiday of the year.
